Abstract
Customer relationship management strategy is one of major marketing strategies that can be used by company to win the market in the high competitive industry. The company using this strategy, could do some efforts to satisfy consumers by doing: interactive communication; building networking with channel of distribution, supplier and employees; using a set of marketing tools to build customer's loyalty; having a good relationship with pres; and build positive word of mouth campaign. These efforts will create and maintain loyal customers, so the company will get profit in the long run period.
