Man experiences improtant events in the life cycle. Since birth man is legally registered and must comply with the governing law and regulation of the state. In section 2 statement (2) of the BW (commercial) law states that A child in the womb being female has been born in the interest of the child and if born dead is legally unborn. Birth is an even requiring coherent evidence so that the government issues several regulations on birth. Birth registration is important for the individual, other parties and government. The birth act maybe used to establish and ensure an individual's existence legally and his / her birth is recorded.
