Human have tendencies exposed by so many ferrous metals including plumbun (Pb). Contaminations might be in foods, water and air. The sources of plumbum intoxications are from housekeeping tools, toys materials, plumbing pipes, etc. The toxic influences of ferous metals such Pb is caused by reaction between the emtal and the itnercellular components. In human body this metal works by inhibiting the enzymes. These effects usually caused by onteraction beteen the metal with the SH cluster inside the enzyme. Pb effects to biosynthesis of herne are very important to diagnose the Pb intoxication. Khoe said that less than 10% of Pb in foods absorbed in the intestine, and 25 - 50% inhaled Pb will be stated absorbed. The toxicity depends on the Pb solubility and the size of the particles. The average of Pb level inside an adult body in the population is approximately 150 - 400 mg and about 25 ug / 100 ml are in the blood stream and 0,003 - 0,06 ug / 100 ml in children. The most obvious Pb intoxication are in the central nervous system, hemopoetic system and kidney.
