This paper describes usefulness of balanced scorecard (BSC). Kaplan and Norton launched book about balanced scorecad as a tool of performance measurement. Balanced scorecard became populer and been warm discussion in business school, master degree level. In 2001, the authors launched their second book that expanded the BSC to be a center of strategy. The concept is written in strategy-focused organization idea. They find 5 priciples that be next five topics in their five next books. Until today, they have been written the first principles, explicit in strategy maps (2004) and the second principles, align the organization into strategy. We are in their consitioning, waiting for the last three principles.
