This article providers an overview of diagnosis and treatment of college students with possible congenital or acquired heart problem issues. Preventive cardiac concerns and issues regarding risk factors for atherosclerotic heart disease are discussed. college students with corrected or palliated heart conditions are included because they are an expanding segment of the adult cardiac anomalies and complications are included. Finnally, reinforcment and review of cardiac diagnosis or management issues occuring in lollege students (six case scenarios)are included in the appendix.
