Hoping to find new ways to provoke the immune system to kill tumor cells, the dendritic cells (DCs) have the stars of immunology in the past few years. T lymphocytes (CTLs) are the principal immune mechanism of tumor eradication. upon activation, CTLs are then capable of circulating troughout the whole body to destroy tumor cells via T-cell receptor (TCR) recognition of tumor-specific antigen.
