Considering the importance of the role of members to a group efectivity, this study focuses it's attention to the individual contribution to the accomplishment of group tasks. previous research shows that identifiability, which refers to what extent a product can be identified by others as a person's product, is an important variable concerning the topics. this lack of it goup may have led people to feel less motivation to do well, less need to work hard. the research hypothesis is that the higher the identifiability, the greater the individual contribution to the accomplishment ot the group tasks. the effect of identifiability to the individual contribution is studied in two different level of tasks difficulty, because the hypothesis is applicable only easy tasks, whereas in difficult tasks the relationship shows contradictive result.
