The nature of national development of Indenesian people in wholeness. the development in education is consdered as an integrated part of the national development. to achieve the student improvement optimally accorded with the institutional objectives, the education institutions cultivate three main efforts ; one of them is to provide special service for sub-student counseling realm of which the special function is based on the characteristics of counseling service as practical or psycological helping professions.
