It is widely believed that the application of ergonomic principle-which places human as center of activities-in a company it will improve and increase the health, the safety, the convenience, the efficiency and human productivity of company either organization in which human work. in fact, however, in our country there are many companies that haven't touched, even underestimate the role of ergonomics. industry considers that haven's touched, even underestimate the role of ergonomics. industry considers that the ergonomic principles application in workplace is only relying on the interest of other individual or altruictic as work doer, so the need of fun for the work place or work facilities improvement is regarded as the uselees spent money not invest money.
