Characteristics control of Derivative Integral Proportional (DIP), depends on Kp tuning value, Ti, and Td called gain schedulling, that can be done using the ability of Neural Network (NN). In this research develop control system alternative using PID - NN to control output ot heat exchanger temprature in Cepu Migas PT by manipulating heat flow to the heat exchanger. Result of the research shows that application of nonlinear control system cause quality increase in this unit include respons system faster, no offset, and well - designed against change setpoint and disturbance that affect the process.
