The problem of liquidity is an old problem in banking sector. There is always a gap between liquidity and profitability. At one side a bank must provide funds to fulfill the liquidity needed by the creditors who take the money from a bank, and on the other side a bank has to allocate funds for credit in order to het profit from it. Such profit is used to pay expenses. So the owner of a bank must be responsible for the everlasting of the bank, take over for the bank and choose the reliable person to manage a bank to maintain the best condition between liquidity and profitability.
