Scabies is one of the health problems in indonesia, easily to spread and the diagnosis iself is still a problem because scabies is well known as the great imitator of all skin disease. This article reviews scabies. The epidemiology, etiology and pathophysiology of the disease had been discussed as well as clinical, laboratorical, histopathology, immunology, diagnosis and differential diagnosis. various medications applied to this isease ranging from the old to the latest as invermectin.
