As we know, both of management and stakeholders, such as investor, creditor, government and united labor need to assess the quality of company;s cash flow and its industry appropriate with their own interest. Financial statement analysis and financial ratio are the popular tools which are used to evaluate the quality of company's cash flow or its industry. The purpose of this research is to analyze the qualtiy of animal husbandary company's cash flow and its industry that already go public during 1998-2002. The companies that we analyze are sierad produce co. (SIPD), charoen pokphand indonesia co. (CPIN), cipendawa farm enterprise co. (CPDW), and japfa comfeed indonesia co. (JPFA) which are predicted have almost 70% of the market. A few questions that arise of this research are about the ability development of animal husbandry industry's cash flow, quality of every company during 1998-2002 and also the position development of every company inside the animal husbandry industry. Answering question above, the industry horizontal and vertical analysis are done to each company which is developed into 7 questions and 7 hypothesis that is statistically examined. The result of this research shows, industrially, there is no significant difference in quality of animal husbandry industry cash flow during 1998-2002. In spite of this condition, the descriptive statistic, horizontal and vertical analysis show there is significant influence among companies that effect the quality of cash flow during 1998-2002. This result is only a sign for a problem at the research object.
