A recent keystone meeting highlighted the progress in generating effective anti cancer antibodies by manipulating antibody binding affinity and their ability to support ADCC. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) have become the protein therapeutics of choice for targeting cancer and increasingly for other indications.
