The purpose of this research was to determine some factors that cause product quality of leather handicarft low, and to give some suggestions in increasing their product quality, so that can improve their business in increasing market network. The result of this research shown, that average of process capability to produce good product 89.03 and average of process capability to produce good product 89.03% and defect product 10.97%. the biggest defect percentage caused by human factor with value 43.06% in average. Process capability of measurement characteristic has value less than 1 (Cp < 1,00). Based on this result, to improve product quality if leather handicraft, can be done some ways to improving factors that cause product quality low, such as man, machine, material, method and money factors.
