To provide competent counseling sevices to an increasingly diverse clientele, attention must be given to the appicability of the dominant theoretical orientations. Roger's person - centered approach is widely used, but he appropriateness of its diverse application should not be assumed. This article considers the applicability of roger's person - centered approach in multicultural counseling contexts.
