Water is the basic requirement for human life and the creature. Coastal area and small islands in the mouth river or in the ocean are the minus water supply area. The ground water supply was insufficient for human life. Alternative to fulfil fresh water is using potasium permanganate and active zeolit that process the salt water or brine water become fresh water. This is the simple and inexpensive process. This water process can not reduce chlorine appropriate the standart fresh water (200 mg/l). Action of perfecting the water installation must be done to get alternative to fulfil fresh water.
