This article reveals the profress of research and application of clinical psychology abroad in supporting health, while the application on physical diseases makes use of the behacioural medicine or clinical health psychology paradigm. In indonesia, data and application of clinical health psychology are still limited, though it is realized that application in micro spectrum would be very expensive. Application of clinical psychologu along a macro spectrum needs cross - sectoral cooperation amongst various disciplines to create a civil society, fulfilling a psychosocial health criteria, meaning society able to learn, to work, to play and to love. The author recommends to promote the four society's health indicator through the primary health centre, which could serve as a mediator between experts and the society for the benefit of the surrounding community.
