Isi artikelBecause on the pervasiveness of computers in the school and workplace, teaching people to use and program computers has become a major category of learning and training. The primary cognitive processes associated with computer activities are problem-solving and procedures. This paper describes the teaching-learing problems faced by both teachers and students. It discusses the solution to the problems, that is making an instructional design, in this case, explaining the steps of how to design instruction for Visual basic for high school students. It is hoped that this teaching procedures will help teachers of Information Management get some insights to make another instructional design for other computer subjects.
