Teagher role is very important in learning in scholl. there are relationship between student succes ang teacher competence. the purpose of research is to know how many role of teacher competence of mathemathics in increasing student achievement. the pupolation of this research is student of class II state senior high scholl 2 Banda Aceh. and its sample is 3 local of student of class II state senior high school 2 Banda Aceh. the instrument of this research are questionaire ant test.
