This paper describes how fractal may be applied to any application. A fractal is a mathematical concept and is created by repeated applications of a set of rules. The dimension of a fractal object is not a whole number, but afraction. A fractal object is self-similar in that subsections of the object are similar in some sense to the whole object. We will describe how to create fractal using repetitive pattern. This paper will explore 2D object fractal of Julia set that is considered by some as the most complicated object in mathematics. The Julia set is implemented using J2ME.
