To fulfil the whole needs of the life and to improve the welfare / prosperous, an individual must work in order to have goods / salary. in performing his job, frequently a worker againsts the job stress. in fact, job stress maybe useful either in creating a good dynamic rivals among the workers or increasing the motivation to work. however, job stress could also be an obstacle in growing the creativity / innovation of a worker if it is not well managed. when the job stress have attained the peak level, then the work performance will decrease significantly.
