Helicobacter pylori is a microorganism with a spiral-shaped, gram negative, flagellate, microaerophilic and move actively. this bacteria lives between and under the mucous of human gastric mucous. studies on Helicobacter pylori throughout the world showed that Helicobacter pylori has a dominant role peptic ulcer, chronic active gastritis, duodenal ulcer, and gastric cancer. starin of Helicobacter pylori which has VacA and surface protein can use cause those diseases. Helicobacter pylori on the world is varied between different countries.
