Isi artikelDeep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) is a disease which often found at lower extremity. the symptoms of DVT are not typical, especially in partial acclusion. the femoropopliteal area is the most often place to cause lung emboli so that of vital importance. radiologic modalities are very essential to detect of DVT. that an exact diagnosis be able to establish and that proper treatment be pursued. we can use so many radiologic modalities to detect DVT. doppler ultrasound (US) modalities become the first choice, even though not all health instituation have this appliance. the conventional US compression technique be able to be as modality of screening test of DVT cases on femoropopliteal region. Normally, the veins will be nicely compressible will have no echogenic material within it. With compression the vein does not compress this indicates a Deep Venous Thrombosis
