Isi artikelThe student’s satisfaction is the most important factor in development of a university. If they feel they satisfy, they would recommend other people to enter that university, this would give benefit to the university. The students satisfy if the value they hope, is the same with or better than the value they percept. Catholic University of Atma Jaya, therefore, or one of most famous private university in Jakarta, has to take interest in satisfying its students. And this paper in concert with the analysis of the satisfaction of the students of Economic Faculty.
