This system approach in the health services effort as one of any subsystems of the national health system in Indonesia, is one of another approach may be used to solve complex problem in efficient and effective, because their component consist of input, process, output and impact with clear of their description, include with their influence factors and their purpose of the system. then we can make prediction before the system to be implemented as right and true. system approach is a science approach : we must have a good knowledge, skill, performance and experience about to making concept or designed to be used of the system in the field, to get better possible result.
