In the last decade there is a paradigm shift from a traditional medicine to Evidence-Based Medicine, which is a process to integrated individual clinical expertise with the best avilable external clinical evidence in making decisions about the care of the individual patient. Evidence-Based Medicine emphasizes the need consequencens of clinical action. the influence of Evidence-Based Medicine on clinical practice is needed and increasingly, because the knowledge we have learned from the school will be obsolate and doctors do not have enough time to read to improve their clinical knowledge, but there are a lot of publications. this paper discussing about what, why and how Evidenced - Based Medicine.
