A change in our life styles and eating habits have contibuted to the emergence and pupolarity of fast food. nowadays, most people do not have much time to eat a meal and thus have resort to 'eat an the run', due to their busy scehedules. in general, most fast foods are high in calories, fat, sugar and sodium. fast food can form part of a balanced diet, that is, if we practice a little prudence in choice of fast foods and balance it with other types of food. the key to reducing calories, fat, colesterol, sugar and sodium is to choose prudently, buy small and eat only at meal times.
