The abnormal amount of repet codon in one gene which is caused by mutation, can make hereditary disorders. some of the repeat codon lay in autosom, some of them lay in X chromosom, they are dominant and recessive inheritance. the repeat codon causes physic and mental disorders. sometimes they have regression and premutation conditions which do not cause any disorders. the identification of repeat codon use DNA analysis by southern blots restriction fragment length polymorphism (RELPs).
