The study of testing the antibacterial capacity of adaguri (sidarhombifolia L.) leaf extract on staphylococcues aureus and salmonella typhimurium purposes to determine the inhibition of bacterial growth. The study was conducted in the microbiology laboratory of universitas nasional. The study used split plot method with two types of bacteria and concentrations of 1% , 3% and 5%. The results showed that adaguri (sidarhombifolia L.) leaf extract can inhibit bacterial growth.
