Professional ethics is a branch of ethics that systematically reflect moral problems in the profession. Business ethics also called management ethics is applied morally in standard business action. Business is an action of individuals organizaed to produce and sell products for the purpose of benefiting the needs society. Business also means action that includes argiculture, production, construction, distribution, transportation, communication, of service and government which moves products and service to consumers. The article discusses principles of ethics upon which businessmen can act and become successful.
