facing the reality of so much suffering in the world and the absurdity of life, humans are forced to take a stand. this article presents several alternative attitudes taken when faced with the absurdity of life : hopelesness, rejection, and heroic struggle in spite of many failures. this artivle also presents an alternative offered by Chistianity, which is seeen as a mode of hope.
