This article attempts to review technology integration efforts in Singapore schools and at the national institute of education (NIE, Singapore). As a result of this master plan, the school curriculum was gradually change and IT became integrated into all subject areas. in order to practically implement the IT master plan in education, teachers need to be compotent in the use of IT for instruction.
