This experiment was keen to know whether the token economy method as an incentive affect the worker's discipline enhancement. Samples (N = 15, 12 men, 3 women) were taken from "x" factory in samarinda. Data of the worker's discipline were collected from ratings by three raters (leader, vice - leader and supervisor). Quasi - experimental design, the one group pretest - posttest design was used. A token economy incentive during 4 weeks assigned as treatement. The data was analysed through the non - parametric Kruskal Wall is test. Results reveal significant enhancement of worker's discipline.
