This article tries to explore what variables that can make customer satisfaction of university christian indonesia hospital, clinic specially. To know what things that make customer chose this clinic the author try to analyse. The variables that author use to analyze are 18 variable. To measure the data that author have, is used skala likert. And analysis model that author used are Foshbein and Importance and Performance analysis. If the customer think that the service that clinic give good so they feel are satisfy to.
