This article looks at student attitudes toward laptop computer programs. it also examines the impact that laptops are having on compared to the more traditional computer lab usage that is available only during lab hours. the various types of laptop programs and some of the pioneering schools that have adopted these programs and its significance to the successful implementation of such progams are discussed.
