Home industries need roller cake machine for mass cake production, which cannot be done manually or by hand. This paper discussed how to design roller cake machine with main function to reduce the cake paste thickness from 2 cm to 1 mm. The result is a design of roller cake machine with dimensions of 100 cm length, 46 cm width and 128 cm heigh that rotated by 25 watt dc electric motor. The result of the test from the given information is that the machine can reduced the thickness of cake paste from 5 cm to 1 mm for 1 kg for 7 minutes.
