Health promotion is an integrated effort of health education, organization and economy. It is designed to stimulate changing of behaviour and environment which supports healthy life practices. A health promotion program is very essential to accomplish workers' health and optimum work capacity. In the last decade health promotion takes a significant role in improving one's life quality, The main area of health promotion in the work place according to Fielding (1991) is in the linkage between prevention of diseases and improvement of health status. Furthermore, that the linkage consistes of activities, which are designed to measure and minimize potential health risk in optimizing individual health. Health issues does not only relate to medical and disease issues. In general, one's health very much relates to his condition and biological potency which enable choices in his life...
