A good composition is the one that creates clear imoression of unity, it must be unified on two levels, internal unity (paragraph level) and overall level (composition level). This study is intended to describe the students' ability in writing composition. the results of the study indicate that on the overall composition, none of the students composition is unified while on the internal level, most of the paragraphs within their compositions are disunified because of the presence of more than one topic sentence.
