The objectives of research is to know whether there is a correlation between user satisfaction on the system application performance and productivity and to know what factors of performance having a significant effect on productivity and on each of productivity factor. The research indicates that there is a correlation between user satisfaction on corporate information system applications performance and productivity (work motivation, work quality, and work result turn around).
