The focus discussion of this paper is a testing about the management strategies. the excellence, and the advantages of the small-scale industry in Indonesia nowdays. The small-scale industry management strategies and the advantages are have a strong relation to the organizational aspect, culture aspect, business conditions aspects, and to the perceived dissimilar meaning ofthe small-scale industry. To know well the small-scale industry management strategies and its advantages, this paper makes some cronological analysis about the actual meaning of the small-scale industry, including its business strategies and its advantages, and then tests the minimum limited of the small-scale industry credit in Indonesia since 1990 untill 1995, including the determination of its capital needs, and other variables that have some direct strong correlations to the small-scale industry management strategies and its business advantages. The small-scale industry business excellence are the high flexibility, the high human touching, the simple management, the small capital labour needs, the small location needs, the relative fixed customers, the short cash flow, and the rich of local traditional culture containts. The small-scale industry management strategies are about the raw material resources strategies. especially for the raw material resources, the raw material production strategy, the marketing strategy and about the small-scale industry PQCC, and the small management industry advantages, including its excellent strategies nowdays in the crisis of world economy. To make sure that all of those are the Indonesia small-scale industry problems nowdays, the writer of this paper is taking the Indonesian smallscale industry data and using them to make some analysis and then making some current conclusions. By using these analysis results and some conclusions we can formulate our pure understanding of the small-scale industry position in Indonesia now and then we will realize that all of the big companies in the world are going to get smaller and smaller positions in the wideworld economy without forgetting that they are going to be very important in their smaller positions in their countries and in their regions. This is the key of mission and the objectives of this simple paper analysis is to formulate our understanding and realize the small-scale industry roles in our lives everyday.
