This study explains that the integration of Sukabumi on global economic system through international fast food franchise system (Mc Donald, Kentucky Fried Chicken or Dunkin DOnuts) has brought a socio economic and cultural change, At the level of society the study indicates that the existence of the fast foods at Sukabumi have changed the pattern of consumption and life style. Menawhile at the state level, the franchise system and capital investment has created a government that is friendly to investors.
