This article discusses ethical issues among Indonesian psychologists. Some of the issues include the content, the dissemination, and the application of the Indonesian psychological code of conduct. The article also discusses the extent to which the Indonesian Psychological Association (Himpsi) pays attention to the issues of maltreatments by psychologists and to those who pretend to be psychologists. To get the picture of the situation in Indonesia, this paper firstly describes mental health issues in the country. The discussion continues to the mental health services in the country, the stigma and discrimination to those with mental health problems, and the efforts of health professionals to reduce the stigma and discrimination.
