Presently, the majority of people still consider juvinile delinquents as children with problems in society. However the problems faced by these children maybe related ti dysfunctional parents, physical disability, inability to learn properly, poverty, etc. The role of law should be to protect troubled children and those factors related to their problem. All these risks affecting a child and its solution will be the responsibility of the government and community at large.
