In industrial there are many problems in decision making. Some of that problems to select the set of alternatives based on some attributes (criterias). That problems known as Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). In this research will be done lecturers selection in Information Technology Program in one University, by using Genetic Algorithm. To find the value of attibute by using obyective approach. Research done by finding each value of attribute, and than by ranking process to determine optimal alternative, thats lectures candidate of Information Technology Program that are accepted in that University.
