The role of public relation purposes to communicate the activity of the organization to the public, which creates a good image of the entire organization. Besides it also maintains the existence of the organization and its product interest in the public. This role is influenced and based in the number of standard values, irganizational culture, communication circumstances, vision, philosophy, policy and attitude pattern of employers from leaders to members. This task requires strategies both internal and external to the organization. The strategy internal to the organization is intended so that public relations is able to empower the employee to become an informal public relation. Meanwhile the startegy external to organization is intended so that the external public will continuously support, trust and need the organization and its products.
