The revolution in Indonesia influenced changes in law of the country. The formation of the Supreme Court was the result of law finding. However the letter of the Supreme Court as a source of law was not the result of law in Indonesia is not valid according to article 27 of the Constitution of Indonesia (UUD 1945). The Constitution of Indonesia does not differentiate law among its citizens.
