People define leaership in different ways. Managerial leadership defined as one process and influences several related group activities. There are 3 different implications of this definition. forst, leadership deals with employees, their willingness to acceot directives from their manager, their contribution to the manager's position and the smooth running of the leadership process. Without employees, managerial jobs will be irrelevant in an organization. Second, leadership deals with authority between manager and employees, Managers must have authority to lead and direct group activitis, but employees cannot direct managers directly. Third, managers can use managerial powers such as what to do and how to do certain instructions. Thus, leadership is the ability possessed by someone to influence other people in order to work as well as to reach expected targets of the organization.
