Foreign tourist expense is allocated to hotel, food and souvenirs. Among expenses on hotel and food, these tourists are inclined to spend it on local traditional food which they enjoy to eat. Traditional food is very tasteful for local people, but it may not be a good for the stomach and health of foreign tourists. these foods need special attention and handling so that a traditional food menu can be accepted by them. If this food management strategy is done well, tradional foods may be part of the reason why tourists are attracted to indonesia. Eventually this sort of activity will benefit the economic welfare people in Indonesia.
