A launcher is an important aerospace vehicle. it has attrached commercial competition from many countries such as USA, Europe, China, Russia, india dan Japan. Various activities to make better population systems are among others : 1) the use of propellant substances better then liquid oxygen or hydrogen , 2) increase of motor propellant efficiency, and 3) improvement or propellant index construction. The important concept of the launcher system is to answer several imporatant questions. What object will be transported, distance of transportm when it eill be usedm how much is the cost, and who will guarantee launcher use ? The type and stage number of the vehicle will determine the velocity to be reached for a specific payload. The conventional launcher is more in demand than the space shuttle and the Ariane (European launcher) is the most sold in the aerospace market.
